These Terms are an agreement between you and The Unaware Wares. You agree that by using the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms. The way we notify of any changes to these Terms is by updating the “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to keep up to date with any changes made to these Terms, and your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms is acceptance of any more recent versions.

These Terms apply to all users of the site and all sales of wares through http://www.theunawarewares.com. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place orders.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place orders. By ordering, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older.

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our Services. If you send us comments, feedback, ideas, or suggestions, such as design ideas or requests for creation of new wares, you give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the suggestion. We are under no obligation to maintain any suggestions in confidence, pay compensation for them, or respond to them.

6. Wares and their availability

We make every effort to present the wares on the Site as accurately as possible, with descriptions and images, but we cannot guarantee they are perfectly accurate, or that your electronic device displays them accurately. All wares are subject to availability and may go out of stock for periods of time, or be discontinued. We reserve the right to stop selling wares at any time for any reason, and to change them, or their prices, without notice. We seek to avoid trading with any businesses with unethical practices which cause notable harm to living beings or the environment, and in practising this, we reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel orders to any business or any person at any time for any reason.

7. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains errors, including typos. We reserve the right to correct any errors without prior notice.

8. Promotions, discounts, and vouchers

Promotions, discounts or vouchers are subject to terms which will be provided with the promotion. We may withdraw or change promotions at our discretion.

9. Pricing, tax, and payments

All prices shown are in GBP (£). VAT is not applicable for any prices shown. Delivery prices shown for international orders do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Payment is taken at the time of placing the order via SumUp. By providing payment details and placing an order, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the price specified for the wares, including postage. You agree to keep your payment details and contact details updated so we can process your transactions and contact you if needed.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site uses third-party services including SumUp for payments, and Automattic for analytics and cookies. Your use of those services is subject to their policies. The Site may contain links to third-party websites which are not operated by us. We are not responsible for these external websites.

11. User accounts and security

You may create an account to place orders. You are responsible for all activity that is under your account, and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You agree to provide accurate and complete information for your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. Any wholesale order accounts created on the Site are subject to admin approval before wares can be ordered as wholesale, and we make no guarantee of the timescale for this process.

Backup copies of our data are stored in data centres located in Germany. If you access the Services from any other part of the world, you are transferring your data to these countries.

14. Delivery and customs

Please view our Delivery policy (LINK TO DELIVERY POLICY) before making any purchase. For environmental reasons, delivery for individual customers on this Site is within the UK only. Wholesale orders are available for delivery both in the UK and internationally. Delivery prices shown for international orders do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any delivery times shown are estimates only. We are not liable for delays from postal services or customs. 15. Refunds, returns, and cancellations

For disputes, any dispute related to these Terms must first be informally negotiated for at least thirty (30) days before arbitration. The seat of arbitration of any dispute would be London, England, unless agreed otherwise by both parties, and the language would be English.

We refuse responsibility for any losses or damages caused through the use of our Services to the fullest extent that is fair. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, or supply shortages. We cannot guarantee the Services will always be available, and there may be interruptions or delays caused by maintenance of the Service. We have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to you by things outside of our control.
